Q: WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR A PRIVATE READING AND HOW LONG ARE THEY?
A: Michael's offers Individual Readings/Sessions that are 60-minutes. For pricing details please see the Schedule page.
Q: WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A READING WITH MICHAEL?
A: At this time all of Michael's sessions are provided Zoom or phone. In person sessions are not available at this time. Sessions are typically structured so the first half is mediumship and the second half is intuitive/psychic, but this will vary depending on the person and the needs at that time. Please let Michael know your preference if you would like your session to be more focused one way or the other.
Q: WHAT DAYS AND TIMES AM I ABLE TO SCHEDULE A SESSION?
A: Michael's availability varies. Please email Michael to inquire on next availability. Sessions are generally booked 2-4 weeks out. Please let Michael know if an expedited session is needed.
Q: HOW DO I CONTACT MICHAEL FOR MY SESSION?
A: Once your session has been scheduled and paid for on the scheduling page, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your appointment time along with details for your session. If you scheduled a Zoom session, a link will be emailed to you 24 hours before your for your session. Please save this email in order to access your session with Michael. We suggest you log on to Zoom 5 minutes before your session to deal with any technical issues in advance.
Q: ARE YOUR SESSIONS TAPED?
A: If you would like to record your session, you are welcome to do so. At your request, Michael can digitally record your session and email to you within 48 hours.
Q: DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT TO SCHEDULE A SESSION?
A: All sessions must be scheduled online and paid in-full via PayPal or credit card. Please email info@MichaelDiamondMedium.com with any questions.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: Michael accepts all major credit cards and online payment options via PayPal and Venmo. He will also accept cash or check if discussed in advance. Please see Book A Session page for more information.

How Best to Prepare for Your Session with Michael
The best way to receive communication from Spirit is to have an open mind. There are a few things you can do to prepare that will help you get the most from your session. Initially, I'll ask that you only respond with Yes, No, and I don’t know. This will help me to validate if the evidence coming through is correct. It's best that you not help me by adding too much information at first. Later in the reading we can review any questions that may not have been addressed during the reading.
Please know that even though you may want to hear from certain loved ones, I have no control over the spirit world. I cannot determine exactly which spirits elect to come through.
The spirit world will not tell you what to do. They support you in your journey through life, but also see the bigger picture of your journey and know you are in complete control of your path. Spirit can validate your journey but they cannot make decisions for you.
Please listen carefully to what information is being shared. It may not mean anything to me, but may be very significant to you. Some Spirits have their own agenda of what they want to express. I will share with you what I am receiving, and interpret the information to the best of my ability.
If I give you a name, it does not have to be from someone who has passed. Your loved ones in Spirit may also acknowledge other family and friends who are alive. Some of the information that comes through may not make sense at first, so please write it down and check the information with your family or friends that may know. By having an open mind and listening carefully to all the information coming through, I have no doubt you will have a positive and rewarding experience.
